Nike Air Max 1 Mid Sneakerboot

As part of its 2015 fall footwear collection, Nike offers up a women’s sneakerboot version of its nike air max 1 Mid silhouette. Featuring a caramel brown suede upper and 3M detailing throughout, the mid-cut sneaker is completed with heavy padding and insulation along the extended heel ankle in addition to a deeper tread along the gum sole.

It’s really heating up here down south – fact! So that means for all our Northern readers it’s time to bust out the heavy down jackets and boots for the ensuing winter. It’s not all bad news for the ladies, though, as Nike has got the lasses in mind with the release of these earthy ‘Tawny’ nike air max 1 sneakerboots. Combining leather and short hair suede for the construction, there’s no need to stress about those gorgeous brown hues copping water damage, as the whole package has been hit with Nike’s H20 repellent treatment, meaning these are ready to tackle the conditions as hard as you are. Extras include everyone’s favourite gum outsole, visible AM1 Air unit and flecked laces to top it off.

After a bevy of material makeovers in the past few months, Nike Sportswear presents its latest premium take on the nike air max 1 leather. Decked out in a Gym Red/Black colorway, the dual-colored design pairs a base of tumbled red leather with black canvas overlays throughout as additional black hits to the lining, Swoosh and midsole cap off the look.



The nike air max 1 has the most perfect panelling (shout-outs to Tinker!), making the shoe the ideal canvas for endless colourways and facelifts. Call us simpletons, but as much as we love wild Ones, we believe you just can’t beat a white AM1 with a coloured mudguard and Swoosh – it works for almost every colour you can think of!
