إليك طريقه عمل المختوم الفلسطيني في البيت:
ضعي نصف لتر زيت زيتون في قدر على النار
ثم أضيفي نصف لتر دبس تمر وأربع ملاعق
صغيرة عسل نحل وكيلو معجون تمر....
قلبي المكونات على نار متوسطة حتى تمتزج جيدا....
أضيفي بعدها كل من نصف كوب عين جمل
مجروش ومحمص ونصف كوب فستق مجروش و
محمص ونصف كوب لوز محمص وربع كوب
سمسم وملعقتين كبيرتين حبة بركة....
استمري في التحريك على نار هادئة قليلا حتى
تتجانس ثم ارفعي القدر عن النار وقدمي...
